SWPPP:

Our client, a California Utility is using three common lay-down yards to be used for the storage of materials on multiple projects, to include the Wood-to-Steel pole replacement project. Material will be delivered to and stored at the site, and then routed to project-specific lay-down yards. Construction Support: 1) tailgate crew trainings, 2) BMP inspections to ensure project compliance and overall effectiveness of BMPs, and 3) ongoing maintenance of the SWPPP.

Soil Testing & Delineation:

Former PG&E Facility Oakland, CA, Conducted groundwater and soil sampling on 9 locations to delineate the plume of lead and TPHNOC contamination, Due to shallow groundwater depth and high yield, pump and treat was determined to be not feasible, and soil excavation on concentrated areas in conjunction with continuous monitoring.
